Privacy notice

We collect only what is needed to run your membership: your name, email, country, the martial arts you train and the passport details you choose to add.

Your Fighter Passport visibility is controlled by you: public, members-only or private. You can hide individual sections such as grades or competition history.

Junior passports are created and managed by a parent or guardian, are always private, are never shown publicly and cannot receive messages from other adults. We do not use facial recognition to identify junior competitors.

Optional marketing emails are only sent if you opt in, and you can change this at any time in My Account.

You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time.
